They sought to build partnerships with real estate and rental agencies while pursuing residential and commercial projects in the city and the greater Wilmington area, as well as in South Carolina. The primary challenge was to present the brand as superior to competitors, as a professional team that ensures its clients are always comfortable.
Brand Identity
I led the organization’s visual direction and overall creative strategy, concentrating on strengthening brand identity and market presence.
In this role, I created compelling content for sales and marketing materials to boost audience engagement and brand loyalty.

Brochures, Flyers, and Sales Decks
I produced a variety of brochures, fliers, and sales decks for offices and teams across North and South Carolina.
The flier and brochure collection here highlights a range of services, including annual maintenance plans, air purifier campaigns, ductwork, and additional heating and air solutions. Also included is a catalog developed as a comprehensive overview of the company’s products and services. I created materials to support presentations, client meetings, and broader sales conversations.

Its primary goal was to streamline information for prospects and clients by making the company’s full range of offerings easily accessible in one place.
To maximize usability across settings, the catalog was produced in multiple formats, including print, a compressed PDF, and an interactive presentation deck.
Comfort Club Brochure & Flyers
This collection includes brochures and fliers for the company’s Comfort Club preventive maintenance plan options, educational pieces, and materials for commercial and residential real estate and management companies.
All items were produced for digital and printed use across all acquired locations in North and South Carolina.
Advertising and Promotional Products
During my time in both roles, I coordinated with third-party vendors for promotional items and advertising services.
This section features print and digital advertising for North and South Carolina locations, supported by unique phone numbers to track call-ins, as well as custom promotional products created for client promotions, trade shows, and ongoing outreach.
Publication Ads
For 12 months, I designed magazine ad campaigns with N2 Publishing, created for print and digital placements across North and South Carolina.
Even though only one style is featured here, each month I created one-page, two-page, and half-page ads, with each campaign built around a theme tailored to the launch month to keep the messaging timely, relevant, and engaging.
Promotional Products
I was the coordinator and designer of branded materials to support marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement efforts.
Featured here are door hangers, popcorn box mockups, koozies, tabletop cards, trade show banners, and branded shirts for service teams to wear, each designed to extend brand visibility across everyday touchpoints and in-person experiences.

At Green Dot Heating & Air, my goal was to strengthen the company’s brand identity and enhance its market presence through strategic marketing and graphic design. By creating sales materials, managing the website, and developing internal resources, I aimed to attract clients, drive engagement, and support the company’s growth.
