Web Accessibility
This Web Accessibility Policy outlines how Lady Church Design ensures that everyone, including persons with disabilities, has full and equal access to our digital offerings on the website (the “Site”).
Lady Church Design, LLC has voluntarily undertaken efforts to comply with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, Level AA (WCAG-2.0 AA), a set of guidelines adopted by a private group designed to maximize the accessibility of web content. These guidelines outline four main principles that state that sites should be:
-
Perceivable: Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive
-
Operable: User interface components and navigation must be operable
-
Understandable: Information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable
-
Robust: Content must be robust enough that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.
The Site is designed to be compatible with the most widely used internet browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. It may not perform as well on Internet Explorer or older browser versions.
Lady Church Design distributes this policy to all team members and is committed to conducting annual audits and testing of the Site to maintain accessibility for all users. The Site also uses automated testing to help improve accessibility.
Through ongoing effort and commitment, including testing, evaluation, and remediation, Lady Church Design believes the Site strives to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) best practices. Because laws, regulations, and accessibility standards continue to evolve, and as content is updated over time, accessibility efforts remain ongoing.
Lady Church Design welcomes feedback regarding user experience with the Site. If any individual experiences difficulty accessing any part of this website or has specific questions or concerns about the Site’s accessibility, they may contact Lady Church Design at hello@lizchurch.com.
If an accessibility issue is encountered, users are encouraged to identify the specific webpage so that reasonable efforts can be made to improve its accessibility.
