These forms of communication are established only when an individual opts in to receive them. Lady Church Design does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

This policy should specify precisely what information is being collected and with whom it is shared.

According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

The Privacy Policy is available on each page on the Site
You will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes on the Privacy Policy page
You can change your personal information by emailing the owner

Fair Information Practices

The Fair Information Practice Principles are central to U.S. privacy law and have significantly influenced data protection laws worldwide. Understanding and properly implementing these principles is important for compliance with privacy regulations designed to safeguard personal information.

To align with the Fair Information Practice Principles, Lady Church Design will take the following responsive action in the event of a data breach: affected users will be notified through an in-site notification within one business day.

When collecting personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. consumer protection agency, sets out the steps that website and online service operators must take to safeguard children’s privacy and safety online. Therefore, Lady Church Design does not specifically target children under 13.
