Atrómitos is a boutique consulting firm that operates remotely nationwide, supporting healthcare providers, foundations, human service groups, government agencies, and nonprofits.
During my time at the firm, it operated remotely nationwide, with a primary focus on Western Washington State and Eastern North Carolina. They supported healthcare safety-net providers, foundations, human services organizations, government agencies, nonprofits, and advocacy groups. The challenge was to connect with these organizations and demonstrate how Atrómitos can help them overcome obstacles and succeed.
Corporate Identity
In each of my three roles within the firm, I produced a diverse array of materials to strengthen brand awareness and identity.
I led marketing strategy and brand positioning, boosting recognition and trust by aligning messaging with partners focused on equitable healthcare, advocacy, and social justice.

Atrómitos is an SBA-certified woman-owned boutique consulting firm committed to helping our clients do big things. We believe (fervently) in “better” and in our ability to effect this change. Through our work with our clients, we support and create systems that allow for the more rational and equitable administration of resources and more efficient, ethical, and sustainable business practices.
I designed ads for print and digital publications, flyers for conferences and events, and cards for clients and partners, thanking them for helping Atrómitos advance its mission to create healthier, more resilient, and more equitable communities.

Planning for Success as a PSH Provider
A Guide for Community-Based Organizations Evaluating Participation in Medicaid
This toolkit on Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), funded by a 2023 Apple Health and Homes Capacity Building grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce, was created to help community-based organizations understand and implement PSH within the Foundational Community Supports (FCS) program.
It offers practical information, resources, and strategies to support participation, retention, and sustainability.
Designed especially for organizations that are ‘by and for’ the community, the toolkit provides 10 separate tools with step-by-step guidance, templates, and relevant details to facilitate effective engagement with the healthcare system and enhance service delivery in PSH.
The content was produced by my amazing team, and I assisted with the design presentation and copy editing.
White Papers and Reports
During my time at the firm, I contributed to blog articles, white papers, and reports, either as a copywriter, designer, or both.
On The Atrómitos Way Podcast, where I also served as both host and producer, I spoke with guests who shared their expertise in white papers covering their episodes. In early 2024, Change Healthcare was the target of a cyberattack by a Russian ransomware group, resulting in a breach of the protected health information of approximately 193 million individuals. I was affected by this breach. Alarmed that the attack stemmed from a lack of security within the healthcare system’s network, I wrote a resource highlighting the importance of proper cybersecurity practices.
Some of the statistics in these papers have either been updated or changed, as they were written in 2023 and 2024.
